DDP Yoga Week 9 Beginner Level doing Fat Burner. Can a Year Really Change Your Life?

I created this video using my Logitech webcam software. This Week 9 Day 1 of my journey to change my lifestyle. Can a year really change your life? I promised my wife and myself that I would commit to the DDP Yoga program for one year. This includes the diet program as explained in the nutritional manual. The exercise program will be started on the Beginner program then when finished move to the Intermediate program then to the Advanced program. All phase last approximately 13 weeks in duration. As for nutritional meal program I'll be sticking as close to Phase 3 as I can. Cost being my only barrier in going completely Phase 3 in the DDP Yoga Nutritional program.
