Kazuha vs Sucrose Nuking Test

IMPORTANT NOTE: HU TAO ALREADY HAS 385 EM BEFORE ANY BUFFS. This means that if the character that you are nuking with has a lower EM value, there is a very good chance that Sucrose will actually be better. Important Note 2: Sucrose has around 10 more EM points then Kazuha, but it really shouldn't make a difference.
