Organic wild rice (seed) 2. Water or broth 3. Mineral salt (Redmond or Celtic) 4. Green Curry 5. 1 can full-fat coconut milk 6. Green curry paste 7. Onion 8. Broccoli 9. Carrots 10. Peppers (all colors) 11. Purple sweet potato 12. Garlic 13. Fresh lime juice 14. Mineral salts 15. Cilantro + parsley Optional: ginger, turmeric, chili flakes PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Cook the Wild Rice 1. Rinse well 2. Add 2.5 parts water to 1 part rice 3. Simmer 40–45 minutes until tender 4. Add mineral salt and fluff Make the Green Curry 1. Sauté onion + garlic. 2. Add chopped peppers, broccoli, carrots, and sweet potato. 3. Stir in curry paste. 4. Add coconut milk and mix. 5. Add mineral salts + lime juice. 6. Stir in cilantro + parsley. 7.
