Death and destruction stalk Bahamas in wake of Hurricane Dorian

The Bahamas' Prime Minister Hubert Minnis says his country has been devastated by an "historic tragedy" in the wake of Hurricane Dorian. At least 30 people are confirmed dead so far - but Health Minister Duane Sands says he expects the final toll to be significantly higher.
