Heavy rainfall pounded Himachal Pradesh for the last 48 hours. The rainfall caused havoc as it raised the water level in Pandoh Dam of Mandi and affected normal life. More than 776 roads are closed in Himachal Pradesh due to landslides and tree uprooting. Nearly Rs.240 crores loss took place in last two days in Himachal Pradesh. The residential areas of Mandi were also affected as water entered the houses.
