Battlefield 4 Revisit - Its broken?

So, guys and gals, I felt like playing through the campaign just to test out the issues I was having with online mode. I had some stuttering both online and in campaign, and tweaked a couple of settings to ONLY find this! I am trying to swim around on the USS TItan, and I am stuck. I cannot progress the game at all, just stuck. It seems to be broken. Dice/EA, can you please fix this trash??
