To prepare this dish, you will need: Chicken thighs - 26.5 oz (750g) Salt - 1 teaspoon 5 pepper mix - 1 teaspoon Mediterranean seasoning - 1 teaspoon Oil - 1 fl oz (30ml) Butter - - 0.9 oz (25g) Champignon mushrooms - 15.9 oz (450g) Garlic - 4 cloves Salt - 1 teaspoon Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon Thyme - 1 teaspoon Truffle sauce - 1.5 teaspoons Chicken broth - 8.5 fl oz (250ml) Heavy cream - 13.5 fl oz (400ml) Parmesan cheese - 0.9 oz (25g) Parsley - a few sprigs Season and spice the chicken thighs. Fry them on high heat until they are golden brown. Add butter to the same pan. Sauté the chopped mushrooms on high heat for about 5 minutes, then reduce the heat and sauté the finely chopped garlic for another 5 minutes. Add salt, black pepper, thyme, and truffle sauce. Pour in the chicken broth (I use chicken broth concentrate diluted with water). Add cream and finely grated Parmesan cheese. Return the fried chicken to the pan. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens. Enjoy your meal!
