Nov. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Rick Horrow, founder of Horrow Sports Ventures Inc. and a Bloomberg Television contributing editor, discusses the Dallas Cowboys' decision to fire head coach Wade Phillips yesterday after the team started the season with a 1-7 record.
