Bhuvaneshwari Chandrasekharan and later under Smt. Bhuvaneshwari Rajagopalan (sathur sisters) for fine-tuning. Shyam has many performances such as Tirupathi (brahmotsavam) , VDS arts academy , narada gana sabha to name a few . He has also completed grade 8 from Annamalai University in keyboard (Carnatic). About the song: Nannu palimpa is an evergreen composition of Sri Tyagarajar in the ragam mohanam set to Adi Talam. The song opens with Tyagarajar asking lord Rama "O the lord of my life , have you walked all the way to grace me ?". In the anupallavi , Tyagaraja swami gives a vivid description of lord Rama : " O Lotus-eyed one! Recognizing the submerged thought in my mind that beholding your face is the sole purpose of my life!"
