Don't expect high quality footage from this video. The reason why the maximum quality is 240p is because this was ripped directly from a VHS tape. Any hate comments towards the video quality will not be tolerated. One last thing: the badness of the picture quality does NOT have anything to do with how terrible cameras are in the Philippines. There are only two possible reasons why the quality looks so bad: it's either this came from a 3rd-4th generation copy or the person who shared this had a terrible analogue signal while recording from the television. I have seen many people come up with this old and overused deluded assumption and I just want to make it clear for all that there's no such thing as a camera that's as bad as this. The MJ Estate has high quality cameras of their own, they wouldn't just ask for Nocturne Productions (the company that professionally films Michael's concerts) to use ugly cameras and call it a day. And I have proof of that. Search up "Michael Jackson Live in Manila December 8, 1996" and look at how good the quality is.
