PROSECUTING POLICE MISCONDUCT: Confusion over proposed reforms

BALTIMORE, Md. - Baltimore City State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby announced sweeping reforms for the way police are investigated and prosecuted for misconduct. Although Mosby presented a five point plan which called for collaborations with other agencies, a Capital News Service check discovered that none of the parties supposed to be involved knew about the proposals and the role they were to play.
