PS3 Downgrade not possible because no Toggle QA Flag By:NSC

Hi all ;) READ THIS FIRST!: The problem is like that: If you Jailbreak your PS3 over the Xploit, you will first need to Set Toggle QA Flag! Of course it works also without, but later you will not be able to downgrade it back. So first step after Jailbreak over Exploit is to install Regero Downgrader, than Set Toggle QA Flag like in the video and follow the rest. ATTENTION: Be sure you Disc Drive and Bluetooth antenna is working right before installing a Downgrader, otherwise you gonna stuck in 9.99 and it will NOT let you set Toggle QA Flag! Best Regards NSC
