Ingredients- Oil 1/4 th cup ( 50g) Sugar 1/2 cup (60g) Curd 1/4th cup (50g) Maida 1 cup (120g) Pineapple essence 1 Tsp Vinegar 1 Tsp Yellow Food Color 1 Tsp Milk 110g For Icing and putting cream between the layers - Whipping Cream 200g For decorating the cake- Pineapple pieces and Cherries. For Glaze- 1/4th cup water 2 Tbsp Sugar 1 Tbsp Cornflour 4 to5 drops of yellow food color Pineapple Essence 1 Tsp 2 to 3 drops of lemon juice Lets us know how u like it in the comments section below!!
