2-5-1 (II-V-I) Ab major 180bpm :: FIVE MINUTE JAM Gypsy Jazz Backing Track

Master improvising over the 2-5-1 (II-V-I) chord progression, the most common in jazz, by jamming along to this gypsy jazz style backing track. Once you are comfortable with improvising over this 2-5-1 sequence you are well on your way to being confident playing along to loads of your standard jazz favourites. The chords in this 2-5-1 are Bbm7 - E7 - AbMaj7. These "trickier" keys for violin are included for completeness (and for other instruments) but it's worth having a crack at these on the fiddle to test your intonation and fingering.
