Ratchet & Clank : Future Tools of Destruction | Walkthrough Part 8 (Planet Rykan V) | No Commentary

Rykan V is a planet located near the Rakar Star Cluster in the Verdigris Sector of the Polaris Galaxy. This volcanic wasteland is home to lava refineries where a spaceport is present, which consisted of a number of lava tubes that reached deep below the planet's surface. The lava refineries of Rykan V are the source of the metals used in the most advanced weapons and armor sold in the galaxy. The Lombax artifact that Ratchet, Clank, and their new allies, Talwyn, Cronk and Zephyr retrieved from planet Ardolis led the group to Rykan V in their search of the Lombax Secret. In his own search for the Lombax secret, Emperor Percival Tachyon sent troops to support Imperial Forces already stationed on Rykan V to prevent Ratchet, Clank, and their new friends from finding any Lombax secrets on Rykan V. However, the group of heroes broke through Tachyon's forces and reached the spaceport. Here, Ratchet and Clank separated from Talwyn, Cronk, and Zephyr. Ratchet purchased a modified Gyro-cycle from the Smuggler, and used it to reach the coordinates indicated by the Lombax artifact. Talwyn, Cronk, and Zephyr met up with Ratchet and Clank at the location indicated by the coordinates, and discovered a Lombax facility. Once inside, the group found a tape which revealed that the Lombax Secret that was used to vaporize the Cragmites was the Dimensionator. The tape pointed to a Lombax testing facility on planet Sargasso, and the team left Rykan V for Sargasso in search of the testing facility.
