MCExplorer GPU renderer 2 - Flash 11 (Molehill)

Dynamic fog! I sped up some parts, since chunk loading is slower when recording :) Fog distance is adjusted so that you can't see any chunks not loaded yet (so you can't see past the nearest chunk not loaded yet).
