Teen Fatally Shot in Manhattan

32Pct (Charlie Sector) Manhattan | 45 W 132nd St. Confirmed male shot, fatal. According to a witness it was a 16 year old who was fatally shot, unconfirmed. His mother was present at the scene. One of the witnesses said that the incident started on 134th Street and ended up on 132nd Street Lenox Avenue and Malcolm X Boulevard a few other witnesses said that the individual took a shot to the neck but the main witness said that he took a shot to the chest and by the time the ambulance arrived it was too late and they were unable to save the victim.
