Steps to prepare Roasted Eggplant Recipe : Roasted Eggplant | Baingan Bharta Recipe | Eggplant Recipe | Baingan Bharta | Brinjal Bharta/BURNED BRINJAL PACHI PULUSU Procedure: How to make Roasted Eggplant: 1. Flame On the stove and burn a brinjal directly in fire. Let this burn for 15 seconds, then flip to the other side. Like wise burn the entire sides well. It will take about 3 minutes per brinjal. 2. Once he brinjal is completely burnt off the flame and allow the brinjal to cool completely. 3. Then peel off the skin. Once you peel off the skin add it to a mixing bowl. Likewise I have burnt and peeled about 250 gms of brinjal. Mash it well using a fork. 4. To this add one onion very finely chopped, few curry leaves chopped, one green chillies very finely chopped, 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/2 cup of tamarind juice. Mix it well. 5. Now our delicious fire burnt brinjal curry is ready. You can enjoy this as side dish with steamed rice or even with rotti. This fire brunt brinjal curry is a very quick and delicious side recipe. 6.
