Crysis Glitch - Invincible/Ghost KPA

Note that this is different from the other invicible KPA glitch that was (relatively common) in the demo, where the KPA just seemed to have infinite lives. Here the bullets just go straight through the guy. :-| I've ran into this glitch twice, restarting the game and reloading the save usually makes it go away.
