The Insta360 X5 recently received a new firmware update adding some nice new capabilities including Instaframe 2.0 that now allows you to record in 4K30FPS and introduces a new virtual gimbal and joystick making the X5 a great choice for creator that need tracking options. Using instaframe 2.0 means you can skip the reframing, when your done recording you have a flat video ready to share. You get the benefits of filming in spherical mode but non of the extra steps. There is also some photo updates including a new aspect and frames as well as new cinematic filters for both videos and photos.
