Hazel's Childhood Cancer Story

Hazel was diagnosed with neuroblastoma on April 24, 2013. Surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, stem cell transplant and six months of immunotherapy led to remission and in December of 2015 she was officially showing "no evidence of disease."
