Yelan's C4 is Broken - Perma + 40% HP In Every Long Fight
People where downplaying Yelan's C4 when in-fact it's completely broken. It basically gives all teammates without a ton of HP% subs around 25/30% more damage resistance. While providing all party members that scale with HP a perma 40% more HP in battle.
