She just does a LOT more damage, so you need to be very careful when trying to dodge her attacks. Saving your magnum rounds for the final phase (where she transitions between the three forms at any time) will ensure that you can end that phase faster. Dodging the spider leap from the flying form is easily the hardest ability to dodge.
