"Statue of Liberty 7-3-86 #1" Taped over-the-air with ads VHS

This was a hand labeled tape, so I was hoping it was vacation footage. Instead, it's the first part (!) of the 1986 reopening of the Statue of Liberty special on ABC called "Liberty Weekend." Guests feature President Reagan, Barbara Walters, Jimmy Stewart, and Debbie Allen.
