Ingredients: 3 cups of Soaked Chana 4 medium potatoes (chopped) 1 onion 5 Cloves of garlic 5 Chili peppers 1 branch of Karipellai or curry leaves (21 leaves) 1/2 teaspoon of jeera (cumin) 1/2 teaspoon of Sarso (mustard) 1/2 tsp of ground, parched jeera 1/2 teaspoon of Hardee/saffron/turmeric 1 heaping tablespoon of Madras Curry powder (i used Lalah's Brand)
