Appeals court ruling could clear way for same-sex marriage in Arizona
The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Tuesday struck down bans on same-sex marriage in Nevada and Idaho, a decision that also applies to Arizona. Groups advocating for same-sex marriage were still evaluating whether and when the ruling could end Arizona's ban.
