Australian Bush Tucker- Uckles
Uckles are a Saltwater Muscle that have been enjoyed by Australians since day dot. These particular Uckles taste just like your rock oyster, just easier to get too. Found in certain mangrove areas, be careful of Aussie wildlife that can/may harm you! If your allergic to Shellfist etc, may want to give Uckles a miss.
