Eusebius of Caesarea, The Life of Constantine, https://www.newadvent.org/fathers/250... - Counted over 250 attendeed to the Council of Nicea Athanasius of Alexandria, Ad Afros Epistola Synodica, https://www.newadvent.org/fathers/281... - Counted 318 attendees to the Council of Nicea Both Eusebius of Caesarea and Athanasius were in attendance to the Council of Nicea, and the 250 seems to be the lowest number I have found, and the 318 number is the higest. There are other recorded numbers for the attendances for the Council of Nicea, but the ones I have found are in the 250 to 318 range.
