As Johnny Depp's defamation case against Amber Heard continued today (25 April), the actor described feeling 'blinding hurt' when he read his ex-wife's op-ed before being dropped from the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' franchise. After expressing the hurt felt by the piece, Depp told the court: "Even if I had done an interview to try to explain myself, it turned into a hit piece”.
