Two explosions in districts of Jerusalem

Various police on scene STORYLINE : Three people were lightly injured Monday in two explosions in suburbs of Jerusalem, police and eye-witnesses said. Two people were injured in a second explosion in the south Jerusalem of Gilo, police spokesman Shmuel Ben-Ruby said. One woman was hurt in an apparent car bomb explosion in the north Jerusalem neighborhood of French Hill, Ben-Ruby said. The two explosions occurred at virtually the same time, he added No one immediately claimed responsibility, however, militant Islamic groups have carried out bomb attacks against Israeli targets throughout the 11 months of Mideast violence.
