Montgomery County police sergeant hit by car, seriously injured

A sergeant with the Montgomery County Police Department is in the hospital with serious injuries after he was hit by a speeding car on I-270. It happened at around 4 a.m. Wednesday morning as Sgt. Patrick Kepp was trying to arrange stop sticks on the highway. A teen, driving a green Dodge Challenger, hit Kepp shortly after officers clocked him speeding at 110 mph.
