Can I make a better watercress soup than Gordon Ramsay?

In this video today I make Gordon Ramsay's watercress soup, with my twist I think I can make his recipe even better. Gordon cooked his in the f word kitchen, and I've made this at home to deliver a beautiful summer soup pack full of flavour!
