Famous Dragonball Z supervillain Cell was somehow reformed. He was reformed into his perfect stage and he was so pissed off so he started another "Cell Games" tournament. He was hoping to kill our Dragonball heroes but he just beat them instead. Luckily they're still alive and recovering. Who is going to stop him? Well he was eventually challenged by a blackbelt. He had a very generic name, hence the name Kung Fu Man. You might think that Cell will kick his ass, but words and thoughts are useless. Let the battle do the talking! But he had a plan, a plan to avoid Cell's massive juggling moves, he had to play cheesy until he can use a super. Will he win? OH YEAH, IT'S ON!
