Wibble effect - ZX Spectrum Next

David Powell: "Here's the Wibble effect binaries for you to run on your Spectrum Next." Also included is; 1) The complete commented source code in Z80 assembler. 2) The include files and library files that I've written for the Next. 3) The utility I wrote to convert a bitmap into a Layer 2 screen along with a 9-bit palette. (C# code) 4) The original bitmap, in BMP format. The code will assemble with the Mike Dailly's Snasm, which is included with Mike's CSpect emulator. I've tested the program in the CSpect emulator as well as on the real ZX Spectrum Next hardware. The program runs at 50Hz and 60Hz.
