Rainbow Road • Mario Kart 8 [Remix]

New year, new me! Another redesign to the channel, but, this time, it's more than that. As you can see, I'm covering something from Mario Kart, a game I've never featured on the channel before. I promised myself that 2023 would be a good year for the channel, I'd expand, cover many games, many tracks, and the redesign is symbolic for that! Here's to an amazing year! I recently started playing MK8D on Twitch (link below!), and I've been having a blast with it. This track stood out to me as really, really good. It might be my favourite Super Mario theme of all time, no exaggerations. Doing this theme justice is a massive undertaking, but I hope I succeeded! I really leaned into the jazzy style for this one, coupled with vibrant and lively instruments and rhythmic sequences. I also added a piano, as the original doesn't contain one!
