Do you love a sweet treat after dinner but hate the sugar rush that comes with traditional desserts? This homemade ice-cream delicious and easy to make ice cream could be exactly what you need. Here’s why: ♥ Made from three inexpensive natural ingredients (banana, coconut milk and dark chocolate) ♥ You can make this ice cream without an ice cream machine ♥ It’s so healthy you can eat it everyday! Recipe: Serves Two 2 small, very ripe bananas 1/2 coconut milk 2 oz dark chocolate, chopped Cinnamon and fresh mint leaves (optional) In a small food processor or blender whizz up the banana, coconut milk, cinnamon and mint. Transfer to a bowl and stir through chopped chocolate.
