DWS: Tshwane did not heed warning to fix Rooiwal water treatment plants

The Cholera outbreak in the country has outraged many following 22 confirmed deaths in Hammanskraal, and one in the Free State. The Water and Sanitation Department says that it has warned the Tshwane municipality for years to repair its Rooiwal water treatment plants with no result.
