A brilliant day on the bank today, at Albans lakes for the Sunday open and my excitement quickly went away when I drew peg 4!! In my opinion I could not have drawn further from the in form pegs and chance of winning. Well how wrong was I got my head down and managed to put 163lb on the scales for another match win. That’s 2 out of 2 so very happy. Dickie Carr was 2nd 2 pegs down on peg 6 with 115lb. All in all a superb day and some brilliant laughs once again with all the guys. 8mm bait tech carp and coarse pellets did the damage ( lots of them ). A great day on the bank.
