Recipe Coconut milk 1000ml (1kg) Sugar 170g Salt 1/4 tsp Corn starch 15g Vanilla extract (waterbase) 1tsp optional Combine sugar, salt, corn starch and vanilla extract in a bowl. Mix well. In a pot, pour coconut milk and the mixture earlier. Mix thoroughly. Set the induction cooker/stove to medium heat Stir constantly to prevent the mixture from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Do not let it boil. Once the bubbles start forming at the side of the pot, turn off the stove. Leave it to cool completely. When it's completely cooled, put a lid on the container. Freeze it for 10-12 hrs. Take it out from the fridge, blend it into smooth consistency and popped it back into the fridge for at least 6 hrs.. If you have a popsicle mold, you can pour some of the mixture into it. Done!
