Add pinch salt and a teaspoon of oil. Add warm milk little by little and start to knead.knead for 15 minutes.finally grease the dough with a oil to prevent from drying.rest it for 30 minutes. then pinch a small sized ball dough, roll and flatten it and also dust with some plain flour.roll as thin as possible.take a kadai and heat for 2 minutes. then reverse the kadai and heat further more a minute. now slowly unroll the rumali roti over hot kadai. after 30 seconds the bubbles forming over roti.so flip off and cook the other side.once the golden brown spots start appearing the rumali roti is done. Serve roti immediately with curry. How to make Aloo Matar:- Take a pan, Add oil and heat it. Add cumin seeds, let them crackle. add finely chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and saute until the raw smell disappears. Add tomatoes mix and cook the tomatoes until they turn soft, Add red chili, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt, mix and cook until the masala is cooked well and oil starts separating.cook the onion tomato gravy until oil starts appearing at the sides. Add diced potatoes and green peas into it, mix and cook for 5 minutes until oil starts appearing.
