Its objective is to make Pakistan an Islamic state, governed by Shariat e Mohammadi, through a gradual legal, and political process. Tehreek e Labaik Pakistan was founded on 1 August 2015, at Nishtar Park, Karachi. TLP began as a Islamist social and political movement. Seventy-five people attended the first meeting and became the first 75 members of the movement.
