[3.11] Impale Champion T16 Toxic Sewer Clear speed

A lot of people have been asking about the clear speed without the use of a movement flask. With 35% Movement Speed on Boots, plus Tailwind, and then a Percentage of Movement Speed on my Crit Flask, I can easily clear a map like Toxic Sewer in under 2 minutes, and that's with picking up all loot and making common mistakes.
