Millions of Americans are under a tornado watch in the Gulf States. Powerful storms ripped through communities near Houston, Texas, on Tuesday, damaging homes and businesses and causing one senior center to evacuate. Luckily, authorities say there have been no deaths, so far. More than 40,000 Texans are still without power, according to the website poweroutage.us. Jarred Hill reports from New York.
