Pokemon Indigo Lite Edition Mono-Poison Run: A familiar setting?

LINK:    • Pokemon Indigo Edition Oct 2013 Update Rel...   Rival's got a much tougher team, and it is now that I should bring up another thing about the legendaries. Alot of wifi battles and online simulators I fight, alot of people have at least one legendary on their team. Including some identical ones. Ten year old kids having embodiments of elements is plausible in these kind of games nowadays, same universe as Ten year olds kicking the crap out of criminal organizations. Even in certain pokemon games, enemies have used legendaries, such as Brandon from the battle pyaramid with the 3 regis and the 3 legendary birds. Nowadays, ingame some special enemies are using full blown uber legendaries. And I am happy to say, its refreshing. ZAPDOS: Rhydon and golem. Or a strong ev'd sandslash or marowak. They have the best chance. ALAKAZAM: Why these are as common as stuff like Pigeot families in the original RBY, but of course, every ten year old kid has used an alakazam or kadabra in first gen. THANKFULLY, you can status this guy. Or, let the magic of the 7th badge do its work, and raise your special to just enough to survive this alakazam's supereffective psychic. EXEGGUTOR: Status move. Or if you are feeling brave, use the strongest fire type you have. TAUROS: Ohoo the rival's getting serious now. You should be able to outspeed it if you have a 100 base speed pokemon though due to the thunderbadge and speed "Evs", or withstand its attacks since it is somewhat relatively lower leveled. Depending on what starter you picked, it could be a snorlax. RHYDON: Oheylook a rock/ground type rhydon, the seventh of the seven most common OU pokemon. Is it terrifying? As long as you have a 4x supereffective move, at this point, its trivial. Unlike rby though, this thing won't stupidly use leer or tail whip, it'll go straight for the kill with earthquake, rock slide, and body slam. Golem's the same thing, except it has explosion as well. MEW: Thankfully you aren't the last gym leader's mew clone. Status it if it gives you too much trouble, otherwise, use a pokemon with a decent special stat, and hit it hard. It can mess you up really hard. For all the starters you picked, the rival will have Zapdos and Mew. The others will have some differences in rosters and positions. A breather fight right after coming out of the eighth gym. Pokemon Intense Indigo Edition has the rival at a very high level, but easier than the eight gym.
