Senate passes motion to pull out Kenya from ICC

The Senate has passed a motion seeking to commence and conclude the process required to withdraw Kenya from the Rome Statute as well as defer back to the Kenyan Judiciary cases against three Kenyans; President Uhuru Kenyatta his Deputy William Ruto and Journalist Joshua Arap Sang currently at the ICC.
