Gajar Ka Halwa Ingredients: Carrot: 1 kg Milk: 1 ltr Khadi Sakar: 200 gm Mix Dry Fruits: 3 tsp Milk Powder: 3 tbsp Cardamom Powder: ½ tsp Ghee: 2 tsp Method: 1. Peel and grate the carrot. 2. In a pan add ghee. Once it heated add grated carrot. Mix grated carrot well with ghee. 3. Then add full fat milk. Mix it well. Cook on a high flame till milk comes to a boil. After that stir it and boil it on medium flame until the milk reduced upto 90%. 4. In a heated pan add ghee then add mix dry fruits and shallow fry it only for two minutes on a low flame. 5. In the mixture jar add khadi sakar and grind it. 6. Now add khadi sakar as per taste and mix it well. Cook it for 6-7 minutes so that sugar water burnt. Then add cardamom powder, shallow fry nuts and mix them well. Now add milk powder and mix it well. Lastly add ghee and mix it nicely and your Gajar Ka Halwa is ready to serve.
