The Witcher 3 - How to free roam as Ciri in Skellige (No mods)

This was done in the most recent version (4.04) of the Witcher 3 next gen, I know there are videos about this already but they were made many years ago so I thought I'd share a recent one :) If someone finds a way to create a manual save please share it in the comments, hope this was helpful to anyone :D
