Cary on the Hunt for Armed Robbery Suspects

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE September 25, 2012 The Town of Cary Police Department is seeking your help in locating three suspects involved in an armed robbery Tuesday morning. On September 25 at 10:21 a.m., Cary Police responded to an armed robbery at Sears, 1105 Walnut Street. Two black males in their mid-20s entered the store and removed several gaming systems. When approached by a security guard, one suspect brandished a knife; both men fled the scene with stolen property via a black Dodge Caliber driven by a third person. At the time of the crime, the vehicle displayed a pink paper over its license plate. There were no injuries. The first suspect was last seen wearing a white shirt and neon green baseball cap and weighs around 215 pounds. The second suspect was last seen wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans and has dread locks and weighs about 165 pounds. Both are roughly 5'9" in height.
