The Irish superstar has been suspended for six months and fined £38,095 for his part in the brawl that followed UFC 229 in October. And he has been knuckling down in the gym after he called out UFC legend Anderson Silva for a super-fight.  McGregor shared several snaps of his gruelling workout with his 30.2 million followers, with the caption: "Work hard. Work smart. 2019." In the snaps, the topless 30-year-old showed off his bulging muscles as he trained his core and shoulders. And he brushed up on his MMA skills by testing out some impressive moves on his training partner. One Instagram user commented: "You're looking in great shape Mr McGregor. I know you'll bounce back." Another said: "I would love to train with you one day. Please can you make this happen? Looks great fun." McGregor has also confirmed his desire to take on old foe Nate Diaz for the third time when he returns. And UFC chief Dana White revealed the Irishman could fight Tony Ferguson for the UFC interim lightweight title. When he's not in the gym, family man McGregor has been enjoying some spending some time with his nearest and dearest. He jetted his family off to watch the SuperBowl and shared photographs of his day at the beach with son Conor Jr.
