Energiesparen - Aliens (2010, Belgium)

Someone's Reddit post from a few months ago sent me down this rabbit hole. Here is the OP's description: "I remember seeing this very weird PSA on Belgian television. It contained footage of an old lady with a freaky alien mask on in an antique living room watching tv. Suddenly, there was a flash and a young boy, also wearing one of those freaky alien masks, appeared. The older lady nagged at the boy and told him that he had to take the stairs. I have no idea what the catchphrase was, but it contained the word 'science fiction', that's for sure. I only saw this PSA once on Eén, a Flemish channel. What captivated me the most was the very poor quality of the footage, almost as if it was filmed on a cheap video camera from the 90s, yet it was shown on national television. It legit looked like something you would've seen on a public access show yet this PSA was from the late 2000s. Who made this creepy PSA? What was it for? Those are all questions I really want an answer to, so if anyone can help me, thank you so much in advance." I did briefly look back when it was originally posted, to no avail, but I found myself thinking about it just now and decided to brute-force my search by trawling through anything vaguely related to Flemish campaigns... after some digging, it turns out the PSA in question was created by an agency called Absoluut, and is all about saving energy. I really dig the 50s aesthetic and costumes in this one!
